Welcome to the sport of Skiing and Snowboarding! Discovery Lessons are designed for all ages who have never skied or snowboarded before. This all-inclusive package includes: an Easy Acres lift ticket, all the rental equipment you need (ski/board, boots, poles, and helmet) needed and a 1.45-hour beginner lesson. Private Lessons are the best investment you can make into your child's skiing and snowboarding techniques. Lessons are 1, 2, or 3 hours and include lift line priority loading. Lesson times are available throughout the day subject to availability and for all ability levels.
Group lessons are a fun way to learn with others of similar abilities. Pros are trained to deal with splits in classes to keep the learning environment fun and active. All group sessions are 1.45-hours in length and a max. of 5 people per group. Please Note: Group Lessons are available for ability levels 1-4.
This 5-week program promotes the development of all-mountain skiing and riding by combining elements of freestyle, race and general improvement strategies for you. Working with the same pro will give you the opportunity to work on something new each week, as you develop your technique through exercises and guided mileage. Adults are grouped by ability level and first-timers are welcome! Book by Dec. 18th to save!
This 10-week program promotes the development of all-mountain skiing and riding by combining elements of freestyle, race and general improvement strategies. Every Saturday or Sunday your child will be grouped with the same instructor to allow for awesome skill progression and tons of fun. Lunch is supervised or can be purchased as an option along with rentals and tickets. Book by Dec. 18th to save!
We’ve teamed up with VI Riders for a 10-week freestyle development program starting January 15th,2022 for snowboarders with a focus on learning new tricks and mastering the fundamentals of snowboarding. Riders will work on all-mountain skills and spend time learning tricks in the terrain park. Rider development is of a freestyle nature and training is in a fun, confidence-building atmosphere. 5-week program for tots ages 3-6. Fun skill development with other all-mountain skiing & snowboarding tots. Classes are small to ensure a safe learning environment to allow your child to progress with the same instructor for all five sessions.
This is a parent-participation program for you and your tot (skiers 2-3 years old or boarders 3-5 years old). This 1-hour program allows you to introduce your tot to the alpine environment. The classes’ focus is on introduction to the Mountain Kids area, the equipment and playtime on snow.
This is a parent participation program for you and your tot Skiers (ages 2-5) & Boarders (ages 3-5). Tot rentals are included. This 1-hour program allows you to work with your tot on the snow, with the guidance of one of our snow pros.
Looking to hone your skills in the terrain park? Let our pros teach you the basics of jumping and safe landings in a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Includes bagged lunch.
Enjoy our Women's Week packages all week long, from Feb 28 - Mar. 4, 2022. Lessons are taught by and designed especially for women. Women of similar abilities are grouped into small classes to meet new friends and revisit old ones as you improve your skiing technique. Reservations are required, space may be limited.
A) The add-on Pass Refundable Option allows you to receive a pro-rated refund or deferral of your season pass for the following reasons:
1. Medical – An injury or illness which prevents the use of the pass for the duration of the season that is valid. The refund is not applicable for an interim injury or illness.
2. Employment Transfer – A transfer by the pass holder’s current employer requiring a change of residence off Vancouver Island and surrounding islands. The refund is not applicable when voluntarily leaving the area for work or travel.
Any family member unable to ski the remainder of the season due to your injury, illness or move, will also receive a refund provided they have purchased the refundable option. Refunds are not available for reasons outside of the list above
A) Guests will not be required to provide Proof of Vaccination to recreate. Masks are required in all public indoor settings for all people born in 2009 or earlier (12+). Considering the dangers of the COVID-19 pandemic, plus related Provincial Health Orders, guests are required to show Proof of Vaccination at sit-down dining establishments including Ted’s Bar & Grill. Q. Where is my Guest Profile? How do I login?

Q. When I browse products on the web store, nothing is available for purchase.
A. Make sure you have selected the date you plan to visit the resort or the date that your program is scheduled to start; use the green date button on the left-hand side of the store. For example, select Saturday, January 15th, 2022 as the date for Free Ride Programs starting January 15th.
Q. I have added a product into my cart, but it will not let me Proceed to Checkout
A. Ensure that all the products in your cart have a guest assigned to them by clicking "Set Guest". Everyone visiting needs a unique profile. Make sure that the guest is the person that will be taking the lesson or renting the equipment. For example, if you are booking a lesson for your child, make sure you log in with their information.
Q. I have searched for my partner or child in the system, but I do not know their password.
A. Click “Reset my Password” to send an email to the email address listed on file. If you do not receive an email, please call us at 250-338-1386 and we can help update your guest profile.

Q. Does my lesson include equipment and a lift ticket?
A. No, lesson pricing reflects the cost of the lesson only. All lesson participants must have a valid lift ticket and ski or snowboard equipment. Please add tickets and rental equipment to your cart when booking online if needed.

Q. What are your lesson cancellation policies?
A. All lessons must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Please call the Snow School at 250-338-1386 ext. 384 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
There are no refunds or changes allowed within 48 hours of the lesson time unless due to a medical issue or illness. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. Guests who are late for their lesson will not be able to join. We will do our best to rebook for later that day.
