Open Saturday & Sunday, June 29th - Sept 29th, 2024

Parents or guardians must present the following, as required for our Childcare License, which is issued by the Vancouver Island Health Authority:

• Proof of medical coverage (MSP number or Travel insurance documents)
• Immunization history
• Emergency contact number
• A recent photo of your child for our records.
• Doctors name and telephone number

Full-day program includes options such as lunch, beverages, and snacks. Half-day programs include snacks and beverages. Please register your child for daycare before your vacation to ensure availability.

Important: During the summer months our full-day option is available but parents will need to pick up their child between 2 pm and 2:30 pm to allow for our staff member to have lunch.

The Bear’s Den Daycare will be open daily from 10 am to 5 pm during the summer months and is located on the Mountain Kids Floor of the Rossignol Experience Centre.

*Please note:

Children are only allowed to be in care for a maximum of 4 days per calendar month as per our Occasional Child Care License.

Reservations are highly recommended. Please call (250)338-1386 ext 384, to speak with a resort specialist.

Daycare Cancellation Policy

• All daycare bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Daycare can be cancelled or rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance. Please call the BIke School at 250-338-1386 ext. 384 or email Cancellations
• There are no refunds or changes allowed within 48 hours of the lesson time unless due to medical issues or illness.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.
• Guests who are late for their daycare session will not be able to join. There are no discounts for late arrivals.
