Washington will transport you to a magical wonderland featuring 22 kms of meandering trails with unexpected views. Trail passes, rentals and maps are available at Raven Lodge.

Group SNOWSHOE TOUR (6+)

Our group snowshoe tours are a great way for you to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Your guide will lead you on a 1.5-hour trek through our scenic snowshoe trail network on novice-intermediate terrain.
Includes: 1.5-hour tour, full day trail pass and rentals

Please note: Guests of all applicable ages are grouped together into one tour. We do not offer age-specific group snowshoe tours. Children between the ages of 6-12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

PRIVATE SNOWSHOE TOUR (4+)

Enjoy a private 1.5-hour tour led by one of our seasoned guides. Take a leisurely walk through the forest on the Old Cabin Loop,or enjoy a more advanced hike along Tree Beard’s or Rossiter’s Rise. You guide will offer proper snowshoeing techniques, as well as educate on the local alpine flora and fauna along the way.

Winter Wonderland Tour

Wander beyond the marked trails with a guide on this 4-hour snowshoe adventure. The group will travel to one of the lakes in Strathcona Park where they can enjoy a delicious bagged lunch before heading back to the Raven Lodge. The route is based on weather and group ability so not all tours will go as far as the lakes. Includes: 4-hour guided tour, bagged lunch, full-day snowshoe pass, and rentals.

What to Wear

What to Wear

Dress in warm, winter clothing. This includes: base layers, full snow gear or waterproof pants, winter jacket and winter boots. Check the weather before you go!

All participants should be 6 years of age + and should be able to manage light to brisk pace on the snow. Your kids don't need to be athletic or even outdoorsy to enjoy this activity.
