Join us for a unique experience in a winter wonderland! Snowshoe through Strathcona Provincial Park, then return to the Raven Lodge for a three-course fondue. Tickets include a 1-hour guided tour, dinner, snowshoe pass, and rental. Book your evening under the stars by visiting our website https://www.mountwashington.ca/snowshoeing.html. Snowshoe Fondue Dinners are every Saturday evening, with special additional dinners added during holiday weekends. Snowshoeing starts at 6:00 pm, and guests are asked to arrive 30 minutes early.
A three-course West Coast version of the European classic.
The fondue begins with a amuse bouche upon arrival at your table. Continue with our cheese fondue made with local artisan cheese accompanied by sausage, cornichon, little meatballs, bread, and vegetables. Next is our rosemary-scented hot oil course served with sliced beef tenderloin, fingerling potatoes, scallops, and various dips. Finally, warm melted chocolate, marshmallows, oranges, pretzels, and mini donuts to finish the evening.
