Mount Washington presents local band, Django's Jewels, in Ted's Bar and Grill to ring in the New Year 2024. Included in your ticket price will be party favors and a glass of bubbly to celebrate the New Year!
This year's NYE party will be themed around the roaring 20s- 30s decades. Tickets are $25 in advance online!
This band will surely dazzle and tickle your foot fancies and retro niche itch. Djangos Jewels play hits from the 1920s and 30s so get ready to swing. With the power of 2 guitars, a solid rhythm section, and sweet sweet violin and vocals, your grandmother's mother will be swooning, let alone your ears. Dress up in your finest duds and get out to dance with these hip cats!
On a mission to capture the sound of Django Reinhardt swing bands of the 30’s and 40’s, the Jewels swing hard and fast, with energy and lots of feels. This all-string band, plays with traditional Gypsy acoustic guitars outfitted with Steimer pickups. This setup, allows them to present a full, clear and undistorted wooden sound that packs a punch in the face. This music feels and smells like punk rock -from the 1930's.
