Rookie Year is a ground-breaking all-inclusive program designed specifically for tots and kids who are first-time skiers and boarders. Unique to Mount Washington, the Rookie Year Program includes, a seasons-pass, seasonal rentals for skiing or snowboarding and 5 group lessons in our Snow School.
Please note: Once the package has been purchased. Please call or visit our Sales team to book your lessons. Reservations for lessons are highly recommended. Cancellation of these lessons is subject to our lesson cancellation policy.
$100.00 deposit is required for rental gear in the Rookie Year Program. Refunded upon return of gear at the end of the season

Once you have purchased the Learn to Turn program leave an email or voice mail with your full name, reservation number and the dates and times that you would like to redeem either one, two or all of your three lessons.
Welcome to the sport of Skiing and Snowboarding! Discovery Lessons are designed for all ages who have never skied or snowboarded before. This all-inclusive package includes: an Easy Acres lift ticket, all the rental equipment you need (ski/board, boots, poles, and helmet) needed and a 1.45-hour beginner lesson. Please note: No Tots in family Discovery Program
Tots 3+ are permitted to Ride the Eagle chairlift Scenic Chairlift ride provided the child must be able to aid in self-rescue in the unlikely event of an emergency.
Children 6+ are permitted to Ride in the Bike Park provided the child must be able to aid in self-rescue in the unlikely event of an emergency as well as being a competent rider, and having a bike that meets all our requirements.
