By purchasing and/or using a Bike Season Pass, the passholder agrees to abide by all posted rules, policies, the Mountain Biker's Responsibility Code, and the following Terms & Conditions.
- Bike Season Passes remain the property of Mount Washington Alpine Resort and may be revoked for misuse, misconduct, or violation of resort policies or the Mountain Biker's Responsibility Code.
- Passes are non-transferable, non-shareable, and may not be sold or assigned to another person.
- Use of a pass by anyone other than the registered passholder will result in immediate cancellation without refund. The registered passholder may be subject to a fee of up to $150 and/or permanent suspension of pass privileges.
- All Pass Products are illegal to resell.
- Government-issued identification may be required at any time to verify pass ownership and validity.
- New passholders must provide proof of age and address, even when included in an existing family account.
- All age category cut-off dates are based on the passholder's age as of June 30, 2026.
- Personal information collected during purchase may be used for pass administration, communications, and promotional purposes. Information is for internal use only and will not be disclosed except as permitted or required by law.
- Lost or stolen season pass cards are subject to a $20 replacement fee. Passholders are responsible for promptly reporting lost or stolen passes.
- Bike Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly outlined in these Terms & Conditions.
Credit Calculation
Credit Amount = Amount Paid – (Days Used × Usage Fee) – Administration Fee
Usage fees are based on average weekday and weekend Bike Park ticket pricing for the 2026 summer season applicable to the passholder's age category.
Exclusions
Credits or refunds will not be issued for:
- Employee, volunteer, industry, athlete, trade, media, complimentary, donated, or promotional passes
- Discounts, vouchers, or credits applied at the time of purchase
- Other products or services including scenic tickets, rentals, lessons, camps, programs, or clinics
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after the qualifying incident or after the final valid pass day
- Medical, travel, accommodation, transportation, or related expenses
- Resort interruption, closure, reduced operations, or shortened season for any reason, including weather events, wildfires, pandemics, government restrictions, or force majeure events
In the event of injury, illness, or qualifying relocation that prevents the passholder from using their Bike Season Pass for the remainder of the 2026 summer season, Mount Washington Alpine Resort may, at its sole discretion and upon management review, issue a credit toward the 2027 summer season. Valid supporting documentation is required and conditions apply.
Required Documentation — Illness or Injury
- A current doctor's note confirming the injury or illness and inability to continue participating in mountain biking activities.
- MRI reports, radiology/laboratory reports, and prescriptions are not accepted as official documentation on their own.
Required Documentation — Employment-Related Relocation
- Proof of relocation from the passholder's current employer confirming a transfer off Vancouver Island and surrounding islands due to employment requirements.
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the qualifying incident and no later than the final day of 2026 summer operations (September 7, 2026). If the bike park remains open past September 7, the 30-day submission period will be extended accordingly.

- Supporting documentation may include a doctor's dated statement on official letterhead, a current employer relocation letter, or military deployment documentation.
Mount Washington Alpine Resort reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, misleading, or submitted after the stated deadlines.
Mount Washington Alpine Resort reserves the right to interpret, modify, or enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice where permitted by law.
