Some of our winter ski clubs will be hosting information booths in the lobby of Alpine Lodge during this time to answer questions regarding the upcoming season.

Also on Saturday, the new teaching carpet will be available for viewing. This 300 foot carpet is one of the four new magic carpets being installed as part of our Easy Acres learning area, a 3 million dollar project which will make learning to ride easier than ever.

Another exciting addition to the mountain this year is the new Vancouver Island Mountain Centre. The centre will host its grand opening on Saturday, Oct 8 with an open house from 1-4pm.

It's also the annual weekend for village homeowners to prepare for the fast approaching winter season. Tourism Mount Washington invites you all for a BBQ in Fat Teddys Bar & Grill at 5pm on Saturday!

Don't forget the 6ix paks are on sale now at all THRIFTY FOODS locations and online so if you've missed the early bird pricing on a season pass you won't want to miss out on these savings.
