Booking special: Time to book your Christmas and New Year...December 20th to January 5th, $400 a night. BOOK A WEEK(7) pay for 6 during the holidays. REMEMBER building is family friendly, not the best place to party!

Booking notes: We are situated on the 1st floor of the building. It is a quiet spot overlooking Strathcona Park. The building is family oriented, rules and regulation need to be followed. Please read contract. There is a no drinking policy at the pool and hot tub area. Cleaning fees are $150, linens and towels provided if you take cleaning. Deposit is half the amount for your stay and the damage deposit is $400 Families, couples and gathering of friends are welcome. It is not a party unit! Come on over!
